By using Humopedia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of Service

Humopedia provides a gamified STEM learning platform. You agree to use the service for lawful educational purposes only. You must not attempt to cheat, manipulate rankings, or abuse the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Content

All educational content, branding, and software on Humopedia are owned by Humopedia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

L0-L1 content is free forever. Premium features (L2+) require a subscription. Pricing and features may change with notice.

5. Olympiad Rules

Participants in the Humopedia Olympiad must follow fair competition rules. Cheating results in disqualification and potential account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Humopedia is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
